Parents/guardians are not allowed on the classroom block without permission from the principal or senior teacher between the following hours:

| Kindergarten and Intermediate | 8:15am to 1:30pm |
| Grades 1-6 | 8:15am to 2:30pm |
| Grade 6 in September to March of each year | 8:45am to 2:30pm |
Parents must dress appropriately when visiting the school compound. Inappropriate clothes include but are not exhaustive of short shorts, revealing and tight clothes.
Parking – No parking will be allowed for parents on the school compound at any time during school mornings.
Parents/guardians must treat teachers, other parents/guardians and students with respect at all times and must not be abusive. Indecent language and rowdy behaviour are strictly prohibited on the school compound or in its environs.
